Tekst: The treaty for settling the Barrier in the Netherlands, between the Emperor, King of Great Britain and the States General concluded at Antwerp the 15 of Novemb 1715. His emperial and Catholic Majty grants that y tates genl schall have a garrison intierly of their own troops in the towns and castles of Namur & Tournay. And in the towns of Menin, Furnes, Warneton, Ypres and Fort Knocke. It is agreed that in the town of Dendermonde there shall be a joint garrison. The Governor shall be appointed by the Emperor
